My family running ahead of me!
They are doing some of my training runs with me. I’m doing a 5K in the fall.
It feels like there is a lot to do this week, especially with taking part in the 42 Days to Fit series (which is turning out to be tons of fun.) This week I’m striving to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night and stay as organized as possible by sticking to my lists.
Here are my 10 goals for this week:
Exercise five times – Three strength and two cardio sessions.
Continue to stay away from sugar.
Finish posting the self control series
Write up new home schedule/routine and find a place to stick it on the wall!
Read Ephesians before Friday (Our ladies class is studying the book of Ephesians).
Read first chapter of Choices: For Women Who Long to Discover Life’s Best and go through the questions for our young adult Bible study.
- This book had a great impact on me when I was in my late teens, so I am excited to share it with some other young ladies.
Take pictures for upcoming post at Keeper of the Home.
Send two cards.
Run with the kids twice.
Chop and cook or freeze veggies. (I think I over bought!)
What are you up to this week?
I’m sharing my goals at Money Saving Mom.
