Savvy Teas and Herbs has a wonderful e-book that is free to those who sign up for their newsletter. It contains instructions for making tinctures, teas, infusions, syrups, and more. It is an excellent resource for anyone wishing to learn more about using herbs medicinally.

I made chocolate peppermint lotion bars and some lip balm from the Gift Giving edition tonight. It was easy and they smell wonderful!

It brings me peace to have these recipes on hand because I can treat many of my families ailments with ease. It also brings me joy because it is just plain fun to whip up lotion bars and lip balm. It really is.
