I just wanted to let you know that I have been sharing some fun (and simple) pampering ideas on my Facebook page most days of the week.
These things that are too short to make into a blog post, but helpful ideas none-the-less.
A few treats I’ve shared over the past few days:
Treat of the day: Give yourself a relaxing (and skin-softening) face mask by brewing a cup of chamomile tea and pouring it into a bowl. Soak a wash cloth in the tea and drape over your face(make sure the washcloth is not too hot!). Leave in place for up to ten minutes then remove the wash cloth and rinse with clean water. Follow with moisturizer.
Treat of the day: Make a honey oat facial scrub by grinding 1/4 cup of oats in a blender or coffee grinder until they are coarsely chopped. Pour into a bowl and mix in 1/8 cup of honey (use your hands to mix). Apply the mixture to face and let sit for about 5 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
Nice and refreshing.

Treat of the day: dab one drop of lavender essential oil behind your ear for a natural, calming scent that will act as a a lovely perfume and bring a little peace to your mood 🙂
If you have sensitive skin, mix with a small amount of oil before applying.
