I hope you had a lovely week. Mine was good, except for one major discovery. . .
I got my food allergy test results and I’M ALLERGIC TO COFFEE!
Yes, you can feel sorry for me!
It was an interesting find since in looking back, I can see that my health got worse after I started drinking coffee (which was only a few years ago). I didn’t know if there was a connection, but wondered about it.
I don’t think coffee is bad for everyone, but for me, it obviously is!
I’m also allergic to Quinoa. Which seems so random!
And white beans.
Plus I have slight allergies to bunch of other stuff including eggs, carrots, and apples.
Anyway, on to this week’s links:
There’s lots of good stuff on the web today!
Almond Flour Snickerdoodles @ The Nourishing Home – These are pictured above. They are delicious! I made them with this morning.
Supercharge Your Nutrition with Swiss Chard @ Keeper of the Home
If you want to spend some time watching videos and being inspired to live well, check these out:
My Last Days, Zach Sobiech @ Soul Pancake
Zach’s story and that of his family has really affected me. His mom wrote a book about it and I’m going to read it soon. It’s called, Fly a Little Higher: How God Answered One Mom’s Small Prayer in a Big Way.
There are a few hours left to watch the FREE videos at The Thyroid Sessions. I know I’m going to be checking out this one: How to Beat Hashimotos! Yes, please.
Don’t miss this awesome info.
In fact, if it’s something you are really interested in, jump on the all access pass which is on sale until Sunday night.

Since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s disease, I have spent hours and hours researching. The Thyroid Sessions make it easy to learn what you need to know without wading through a bunch of rubbish to find it.
Hope you enjoy a happy, healthy weekend.
